We want you to love your Critical Role apparel, but if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items and final sale products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
